Thinking in advance...

After reading Jci Jci's latest post, I also have the tendency to choose my wedding dress in advance. HAHAHA!
For me, I so much wanted my wedding to be like a fairytale one. I hope there is one for me though. I sometimes hope life is a lot more simpler such as saying 3 words like "I-LOVE-YOU" is a lot more easier. I wished I can say that bravely to the people I like and care for sometimes. It just that sometimes you don't have enough guts to tell so...HAIZ... Wish that I was not as shy as that in 2009.
When I was a child, I was always amazed that every princess will find their prince charming and they live happily ever after. I wish that could happen in reality as well.
I want to live happily ever after with the man I love, and have a few kids... hehehehe... day-dreaming again... I should stop thinking about that for the moment... I DEFINITELY HAVE TO COMPLETE MY ASSIGNMENT!!!!!

More photos from Hatyai

Okay, these are some photos from Hatyai. I have to say I have enjoyed my 3 days 2 nights stay in Hatyai. Hatyai is the border of Thailand, and it is surprisingly cleaner than Malaysia. Malaysian have a lot to learn from Hatyai, I guess.
We did a lot of sightseeings in Hatyai, visiting all kinds of temples, with beautiful and elaborated decorations on all their statues. For our first stop, we did a lot of rock climbing to get to one place to another, That was exciting, althought bouncing to the hard edges could be painful. OUCH! But, what I like most of Thailand was the FOOD and SHOPPING!!!!! My father had to surrender already. We spent a lot until we were actually wondering whether there would be enough money left for dinner and breakfast. Hehehe!
Yeah, I also went to watch the Famous Agua Show. Some Aguas were really like girls. I mean, they were so so pretty until you cannot differentiate them. They even acted like a girl. But there were really some Aguas that were extremely UGLY!!!!! I was so scared when they started running down the stage and performed in front of the audience. There was 1 uncle who was the victim of that particular UGLY AGUA... really pity him, hope that he won't have nightmares.
I learn a lot of things in Hatyai. I learned that most people in Hatyai only earned about 1000 Bahts which is equivalent to Malaysia Ringgit 100. RM 100 is like nothing to most of us Malaysians. One can easily spend more than RM 100 a day, and yet people over there only earned 100 ringgits a month. Knowing that, I was once again feeling guilty for spending my money so unwisely. Most of the children there have to work to substain their family, and here we are, always asking for more eventhough we have all our basic needs. Looking at them, making me feeling so thankful to have loving and caring parents who give me evrything I want and always supporting me and giving me advises in life.

Some of the delicacies in Hatyai

These are some of the soft drinks in Hatyai. The blue one is the most expensive of all but it tasted like cough syrup! (Yucks) The pink one is not that good either... The red one is very nice. It is exactly like Pink Dolphin (White Grape flavoured)... finally found a substitute for Pink Dolphin. And the last bottle of drink is peach flavoured.
Roti Canai... DELICIOUS!!!
Nasi Lemak which has 3 different kari and sambal and only cost you RM4!
Teh Tarik that have 3 different combinations of colours.

The salad

Tea in the hotel
The famous so called "yu piu"
Ice cream
The Strawberry Drink in Pizza Hut! (Yummy!)
The famous bird nest
Another type of Teh Tarik
The famous porridge that contains pork meat and eggs

Have you ever dreamed of your own CASTLE?

Looking at this picture leaves my mind wandering and hoping that someday I too, can be the owner of this castle... hahaha! (reading and watching too much of fairytales) Somehow or anyhow, I still hope that one fine day my prince charming will be riding on his shining horse, looking for me and take me to his castle and we live happily ever after. HAHAHA! (yeah, I know... I am dreaming again)
I guess holidays make me dare dream a lot because I will have a lot of time to work on my imagination and cooking some devious plans as well. I don't know, but for me, I always think of fairytales and castles. Maybe I still have the sense of childishness in me. True, I won't afraid to admit that I still like to browse through toys and reading fairytales. Anything that is cute and colourful always catch my eyes. I still think that the world will be better if you believe in fairytales cause it ease your mind to somewhere else, making you feeling less stress and more happy.
Although sometimes there are no such happy endings in our life, however, I still believe that adding some fairytales can add some colours to your life.

How come i found this HOLIDAYS damn BORING!!!!

Here I am... figuring my holidays... it is really very very boring this time... most of my friends are not back yet... and I am just plain lazy to start on my SS assignment... I am only planning to do it in December...

1 week of the Holidays had passed... Next week is a new week again... Again, I am going to face the boredom... haizzz... it is just too...... BORING!!!!! That always happened to me when my holidays are too long cause I will find it very difficult to pass time.

Today, when I was walking in Parkson, I found something that caught my attention... It was the list of orphans from the Salvation Army. I noticed that there are a lot chinese's orphans this time. I asked my dad about it, my dad only replied when times are bad, a lot of people has no money and borrowed money from loansharks... and leaving their children behind when they are unable to pay their debts. After hearing this, I felt that I am so lucky to have a stable and loving family. It is time for me to watch my expenses... I have to admit I have been spending a lot when I am in KL...money easy come, easy go! I never see the importance of saving it, but now I do after seeing so many people who is in need of money until they are willing to abandon their family and children.

Time to save and cut cost... Cut down on the number of clothes, shoes, accessories!!! SAVE!!!

Thinking away...

I am thinking away now, from last night until today...I am not really myself....I am thinking hard and carefully...
I wondered why it is so hard to tell the truth? If everybody tells the truth, it would be easier for everyone, right? But somehow, nobody likes to tell the truth. Everybody likes to run away from the fact. We are always afraid that the person might feel hurt, shocked, to hear what you are trying to tell them...
I am somehow facing this dilemma now. I am not sure whether I should tell the truth or not. I am afraid that I might not have a chance to say it once it passed. Knowing the fact that once you have passed the point of no return, you will be regretting that you did not grasp that moment, and let that moment passed just like that. Why it is so hard to tell somebody that you love them and care for them?
What should I do???

CAMP

Report on the Recreational Sports’ Camp

5 in the morning, I was wake up by my noisy alarm. Reluctantly I had to stir myself up to check my luggage again for I was scared that I might leave out something important. We started our journey from IPIK around 9 in the morning after breakfast. All the way to Pangkor, I was thinking whether I was able to cope on this camping trip. As this was my first time on the camping trip, I was a bit nervous and shaky inside my little heart. Can I cope with this camping trip, I wondered?

We had our lunch in one of the rest house in Teluk Intan. I had a huge lunch because I am worried that the camp food might not agree with my stomach. At last, we reached Lumut’s jetty around 2pm. All of us helped to unload the heavy food stuff and all the equipment from the 2 buses. Very happily all of us entered the ferry and ran outside and feel the salt water as the sea water splashes on our face. How delightful it was!

I was kinda disappointed as I reached the camp site. It was so old and dirty. I went to Pangkor very frequently and I expected a more comfortable place. Sigh, what was I expecting? This was a college trip. Of course there will be no luxury and comfort. We set up our tent when we reached there. My tent mates were Hui Ying, Hvey Jci, Shenny, Sherene and Rachel. We hardly had any space after putting in all our bags. After that, we headed straight away to the kitchen to cook our dinner. I particularly screamed out loud when Sherene hold a fish in front of me. I feel foolish to scream. Later, I helped Sherene and Akma to clean the fishes. After that, I felt very good and I went round asking people to smell my stinking hands. We did our water confidence practice in the sea. It was so nice to be washed out by the strong waves. We were laughing and splurting out sea water as well. Lydia and I were scolded for using the toilet too long. But we really need to wash our wet track bottoms and T-shirts. I was very thankful that the night walk was cancelled so that we could sleep early that night.

I did not wake up at 4 as I planned to. Shenny and I were sleeping like a log until Vicky’s loud and piercing voice woke us up. How I wished I had something hard with me, so I could throw the thing at him. We did aerobics before breakfast. Breakfast was delicious as we had nasi lemak. Group A did the kayaking while Group B did the orienteering in the morning. Orienteering was fun, we rushed here and there to find our next clue. Although it was tiring, it was fun to run around Pangkor Island. I enjoyed washing up and cleaning up the kitchen during lunch. It was satisfying to see everything spick and span. I dozed off before lunch. After lunch, Group B did the kayaking whereas Group A would be doing orienteering. I was paired up with Soma. We had a hard time controlling our kayak as both of us had no experience in this field. We were so scared when we could not paddle to the other side of the island. We called for help. After paddling for more than an hour, we began to get the skill already. But our hands were so tired. We did barbecue that night. I was really too tired to do anything but I managed to do the cultural night’s performance with my group members. Shenny and I were very tired and we decided not to stay up with the rest namely Hvey Jci and Hui Ying. So sorry, girls!

I was very happy when I woke up. I know this was the day that I was going back to my hometown. HOORAY! I packed my bags very happily and helped to clean the tents and the camp site in a happy mood. Around 12, we leave the camp site and headed to the jetty. All of us were so worn out until most of us dozed off inside the ferry. It was drizzling when we reached Lumut. All of us were very hungry because breakfast for that day was leftover of barbecue. Shenny and I decided to give a treat of KFC to our gang just to make up for our misbehavior in camp. All of them enjoyed their meal and commented that we had learned some toughness during the camp. We slept all the way back to KL. We told jokes and chatted when we were caught in the jam in KL. Vicky was very funny in his jokes. We particularly roared with laughter.

We reached IPIK around 8 at night. We had an enjoyable time washing the tents. We sprayed water at each other and it was fun! I learned quite a few things in this camp. I learned to be more independent, to be cooperative, to be determined, and I learned how to clean a fish. Hahaha!

Gee... my 1 week holiday is coming to an end again!!! I wished that our holidays are longer, then I can go and visit Pn Chew and Pn Lin.

Pn Lin just came back from Cambodia. Had a lengthy and funky chit-chat with her over the phone. Pn Chew, on the other hand, I will be going over to her place afterwards to visit her. I miss her so much! I can't go back to college without seeing her, I always feel incomplete. HAHA! I am always homesick for Pn Chew...

I did quite a number of things these holidays. I finished 3 ASSIGNMENTS! MUAHAHAHA!!! And I went out 3 times with my friends. I managed to watch MAMMA MIA!!! I managed to went all the way down to Tronoh to visit grandma. Grandma is fine but still rather weak at the moment. Hope that she will get better soon! What else did I do these short holidays? And a safe journey back to your universities (Alvin, Yun Teng and Xuan Zhi). Godluck!!! And after your examinations, we are all going to Sunway Lagoon! Hooray! See you guys then!

Outing with friends (3 October 2008)

Lulu and me in Bowling Centre, Jusco
Chipmunk and Princess Chipmunk! (hehehe)
Lulu and Chipmunk!
Chipmunk looking back to see his score...
Chimpanzee's WEIRD pose when he played bowling

Hahaha... where should I start? Ok, we went to Jusco today. We meet each other in MPH bookstores. I was the first one to arrive, then later I bumped into Emily. She was also with her friends and we chatted until Yun Teng and Alvin came along. I was really very touched that they still remember my birthday eventhough my birthday was like last week. They still gave me presents... I am so TOUCHED!!! Thankyou for the lovely presents!!! Thankyou!!! We headed to Mcd for a drink because Chim was arriving late. So there was no point waiting for him in the bookstore. Once we reached Mcd, Yun Teng and I managed to get away to buy a present for Alvin by saying that we were getting ice-creams. We went to G2000 at first. We thought of getting him a tie.. but 1 tie cost like RM105. So, we switched plans and went to Jusco to get him a formal shirt. It was RM89.90 before discount. After discount, it was only RM45.00, divided between the 2 of us was only like 22 something plus plus. Not bad! Then, I went off to find a suitable present paper and bag to put the present in. It was really hard to find the appropiate present paper and plastic bag... cause this is for a boy! Haiz... luckily managed to find one but sadly no chipmunk picture... It was a picture of a monkey! Hahaha... Alvin was kinda blur, he never noticed that we were shopping for his advance birthday present, he thought that we went to buy ice-creams. He was really a huge laugh. Lulu and I belanja him eat ice-cream as well. At 4.oo pm, Chim finally arrived. He was still the same old self, with his super long hair. Haha! We headed to the bowling centre after knowing that there was no suitable movies for us to watch. The boys were reluctant to watch Mamma Mia.. (Chim minds). So, we ended up playing bowling. Alvin was not very keen in bowling at first but he had the highest score!!! We had an enjoyable time. Ionly managed to strike twice. Haizz! I think I had the lowest marks... paiseh! Alvin was the highest followed by Xuan Zhi, then Lulu.
It was really fun going out with them! We are meeting soon in Sunway Lagoon! Alvin, you must come lol!

Thank you for the memories of my 18th birthday!

Thank you for giving me lovely memories of my 18th Birthday!
I am really, truly thankful!!! Speaking of that eventful day, my...it was raining cats and dogs on the way to Pavilion. Under 3 umbrellas, we did managed to get there safely... hahaha... chickens crossing the busy road of Bukit Bintang. Well, we headed to the Food Court first. We were starving because we did not get to eat as much as we wanted to during this fasting month. After ordering food and eating a whole lot of food, we felt better and more energetic. Then, another place we headed to was the ATM Machines. Hahaha! No shopping when you don't have enough money.
OK... after withdrawing money, we headed to Vinnci since they were having sales there. Lydia and I bought the same cool clothes "Blame it on our CUTE looks!!!" and nice, cool earrings to go with the blouse. The rest also bought something as well. All except poor Shenny... of all the people, she is the most shopaholic one... but turned out the shopaholic cannot buy anything... nothing catches her eyes that day... TOO BAD! We also went to Times Bookstores and hanged out there for awhile.
Then, it was time for dinner. We had KFC again... 3 times of KFC in one week... yucks... but what to do? Elsewhere was full and packed with people. We went back by LRT and taxi. I really appreaciate you girls knocking my door at 12.00am sharp sharp. Thanks... thanks... though i really wanna zzzzz that time. HAHAHA! Thank you for all the lovely presents that u gave me... i really had a wonderful time... THANKS... THANKS... THANKS!!!

Circle of Friends in IPIK

Well, life is IPIK is as usual. The usual group discussions and assignments and more assignments. But all these were quite fun actually. Lately, we had to decorate the board in the TESL block. The naughty hippo (ST) came up to the committee and wanted us to do the board as soon as possible. Okay, so after classes, all 11 of us went out to buy the stuff that we needed. The people joining the little outing were hippo ST, Vicky, Sharon, Sherene, Darva, Deeviya, Shenny, Rachel, Hvey Jci, Hui Ying and me!!!

We were supposed to meet at the Aman BLOCK at 4.30pm. But due to some 'happenings', we were delayed until 5.00pm. Nevermind, we were still going to Jusco together. So, what's the big deal? We went to Jusco in 3 cabs. It was fun!

We were damn hungry. I saw a lot of discounts in pdi, and vincci. I really have a tendency to buy a few things... but sadly... the group managed to pull me away from all these attractions in time... wawawa... okay, FOOD was more important! I get it! We were heading to Pizza Hut. YAY! We were so starved during this puasa month! Even if you have the money, you cannot eat. Shenny is crying for food almost everyday.

Pizza Hut, here we come! Only 9 of us were eating because Deeviya and Darva were vegetarian for the day. We had four different pizzas namely Haiwaian Chicken, A vege one, A spicy one, the other one.. cannot remember.. basically i will eat anything as long as it is FOOD! We had mushroom soup, garlic bread, bread stick... YUMMY!

Besides that, we also took lots of cool pictures together. Sadly, you will have to wait another 2 more weeks to see those cute pictures of us together. The connection here is not as good as the one i had in Ipoh. Sorry!

But overall, it was fun to have the outing with them. It was the 1st time we went out in such a big group. It was fun and i love it very much. Haha, i forgot to tell you that Rachel and I had to walk back from HUKM because we forgot to press the 'ring-ring' in the bus. We thought that the bus would stop automatically for us to get down. But see see, we had to press. Haiz... but nevermind la, we enjoyed the breeze walk. HAHA! The naughty hippo said served us right. Blah.. naughty hippo!

Ok, that's all for our nice little outing. Will keep you updating about the events in IPIK!
